In contrast to other capital cities around the world, Kampala does not have an airport. The only way to get into Uganda is to fly into Entebbe Airport, the country’s largest airport.

Boda Boda, a term used by Kampala residents to refer to motorbike transportation, is a common mode of transportation that provides access to many areas both within and outside the city. In Kampala, public modes of transportation include commuter taxis, which are 15-seater buses, and 60-seater buses that run 24 hours a day.
